Terms & Conditions of Service

Definitions

(1.1) "User", "you" refers to individuals accessing or using Diverse SPACE services.
(1.2) "Diverse SPACE", "we", "us" refers to Diverse SPACE Ltd.
(1.3) "Conditions" refers to these terms and conditions of service.

Services Offered

(2.1) We provide online and in-person neurodiversity training courses, memberships, webinars, and coaching sessions. We do not sell physical goods.
(2.2) Course details, availability, and access durations are outlined on each course page.
(2.3) Access to services is granted on receipt of payment unless otherwise stated.

Payments & Refunds

(3.1) Payment is required in full before access is granted to courses or memberships unless otherwise agreed in writing.
(3.2) Refunds will only be issued if a course is cancelled by Diverse SPACE or in the case of technical faults preventing access that cannot be resolved within 7 days.
(3.3) Refunds are not issued for change of mind once course materials have been accessed.

Digital Content Access

(4.1) Course materials are for the sole use of the registered user.
(4.2) Content must not be shared, copied, or distributed without express permission.
(4.3) Membership content is available for the duration specified at the time of purchase and subject to renewal.

Webinars & Coaching

(5.1) Webinars are delivered live and/or recorded for later access.
(5.2) Coaching sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
(5.3) Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may not be rescheduled or refunded.

User Conduct

(6.1) You agree not to misuse the website or engage in any conduct which is unlawful or prohibited by these terms.
(6.2) Access may be terminated without notice for misuse of the platform or breach of these conditions.

Intellectual Property

(7.1) All content provided through Diverse SPACE is owned by or licensed to us.
(7.2) You may not use any part of the materials for commercial purposes without a licence from us.

Limitation of Liability

(8.1) We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
