What you'll learn
Explore how neurodivergence shapes the way individuals experience the world and how this impacts the interactions and daily processes that either support or challenge their nervous system. Through the McAleer Framework, we introduce the Anchors of Regulation: Interactions and Daily Processes, highlighting why recognising and responding to these differences is essential for emotional balance, wellbeing, and meaningful engagement.
Discover that thoughtful accommodations and strategies aren’t just helpful they’re vital for creating inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals feel safe, build trust, and form genuine connections.
Gain understanding and insight to how routines, rhythms, and daily actions support nervous system regulation and why consistency and predictability are essential for neurodivergent wellbeing.
We’ll explore how interactions and daily processes can either support or strain an individual’s ability to regulate and share practical strategies and accommodations to honour differences.
