Why choose the Masterclass? ✅ More time for hands-on activities, group discussions, and direct interaction with our trainer, who brings both professional expertise and lived experience. What your team will gain: ✅ Deep insight, empathy & understanding of neurodivergence ✅ Clear understanding of sensory, interaction & daily process differences ✅ Practical accommodations and everyday strategies that actually work ✅ Simple, effective communication tools for stronger connections ✅ Tools to create calmer, more inclusive classrooms ✅ Ways to use existing sensory resources and natural supports with confidence You’ll also: ✅ Explore how to support the Three Anchors of Regulation in real-life school scenarios ✅ Understand their impact on the core Modes of Being ✅ Complete an Anchors of Regulation Audit - examining sensory, interaction, and daily process dynamics in your setting Grounded in the McAleer Regulation Framework, this session gives your school community a powerful, practical foundation for creating environments where neurodivergent learners feel safe, seen, and supported - every single day.

Holistic approach to supporting neurodivergent young people

To support a truly inclusive environment, we offer a 4-hour training programme for the wider community: Supporting Neurodivergent Young People: A Whole-Community Approach to Inclusion. This session is designed for the key people who shape a neurodivergent child or young person’s daily life beyond the classroom — including parents, canteen staff, caretakers, transport providers, neighbours, relatives, family friends, and others involved in their everyday world. When paired with school-based training, this creates a cohesive and well-rounded support system - ensuring the young person experiences a consistent, inclusive approach across both educational and community settings. Together, these trainings form a wider support network — the “everyday army” - that helps neurodivergent children and young people feel safe, seen, and truly supported.
