Holistic approach to supporting neurodivergent young people

The session offers practical, neurodiversity-affirming insight into autism, ADHD, PDA (Pervasive drive for autonomy), sensory needs and more equipping participants with the understanding and tools to make a genuine difference in everyday moments.  By pairing the school's completion of:   'Teaching for Every Mind: Neurodiversity Training for Inclusive Classrooms' with your participation in 'A Whole Community Approach to Inclusion Training'  A cohesive and well-rounded support system is created - ensuring the young person benefits from a consistent, inclusive approach across both educational and community settings. Together, these trainings form a wider support network the “everyday army” that helps neurodivergent children and young people feel safe, seen, and truly supported.

What You’ll Gain:

✅ Deep insight, empathy & understanding of neurodivergence ✅ Clear understanding of sensory, interaction & daily process needs ✅ Practical accommodations and everyday strategies that work ✅ Simple, effective communication tools for connection ✅ Tools to create truly supportive environments ✅ Ways to make the most of sensory resources and natural strategies   All grounded in the McAleer Regulation Framework, featuring the Three Anchors of Regulation model — a powerful, practical approach to support and wellbeing.

What people are saying

Lorraine and Andy were incredible! I laughed, cried and learnt so much. The most raw, honest and open thinking and minded course I have attended relating to autism, ADHD and neurodiversity. Thank you and keep up the great work
